This project explores UX/UI design through customer journeys and user pathways, with a focus on how visitors navigate large and unfamiliar museum spaces. The concept is a museum navigation app inspired by Google Maps, helping visitors locate specific artworks, exhibitions, and destinations while providing useful information about each piece. The design process included interviews, contextual inquiry, persona development, journey mapping, and accessibility testing. Visual design principles such as typography, hierarchy, iconography, colour, and layout were used to create an intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experience.
